The Metmit Business Management System is for wholesalers, supermarkets and food traders with a central warehouse, one or more shops, and trade customers who buy on account.

Customers order from their own phone.

Each trade customer gets a login. Their most-ordered items come first. They choose cartons or pieces and send the order, and it lands in your team’s list straight away.

Orders taken by phone go into the same list, entered by your team.

Each customer gets their own price.

Set a price for each customer and product, or one standard discount. Your team sends the prices with the order, and the customer accepts them on their phone.

Stock in every warehouse and shop.

See what is on hand in each location. When a shop runs short, it asks for a transfer. The warehouse approves it, both counts change at once, and the move is on record.

Approve once. The invoice is ready.

Approving the order takes the stock off and issues a numbered tax invoice with your company details and the tax on every line. Print it or save it as a PDF. A pick list tells the warehouse what to pack.
